Maximize Your Rental Income

We provide owners a range of packages, including simple marketing and revenue management (for owners who like to look after their own properties),  a co-hosting service with no restrictions on villa use by the owner, as well as a full-service which takes care of all your needs from A to Z.

Zero Management Cost

To make the proposition attractive to owners we have an option whereby we have reduced the management costs to zero, provided of course that the property has good rental potential.

Thai Residential covers all the ordinary costs involved in the up-keep of the property, and then shares the rental revenue with you on a 65/35 basis. Only 35% to cover all the management fees, utilities and rental services. This eliminates any fixed costs normally associated with a management company, and it means we are only receiving a fee if your property is rented.

In other words, for our 35% we are 100% committed to improving the marketing performance of the villa or condominium we are looking after. This includes not only the upkeep, but professional photo shoots for marketing the property, and maximizing its exposure through every regional and international channel available.
