Large patio doors open onto the covered balcony with stunning sea and jungle views. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a dining table seating 6, perfect for sipping cocktails before dinner. There is also a cloakroom on this level.

Accommodation comprises of 4 en suite bedrooms sleeping 8 people. The master bedroom suite is accessed from the swimming pool level and has a king size bed, desk, walk in wardrobe, TV console and large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and outside bath. All doors allow access directly into the private swimming pool.

Downstairs are three further bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, desk, 40” flat screen TV, fridge, wardrobes and en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a covered terrace with sun beds and the garden with dining sala. This bedroom suite is completely private.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have beds that can be either king or twin size, they come with TV, desk, fridge, wardrobes and an en suite shower room and both have doors opening onto a small garden area.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has wifi throughout.
