Nai Harn Phuket
This stunning, recently renovated Balinese style pool villa is situated in one of southern Phuket’s most prestigious developments. It offers peace and quiet within secure and private surroundings.
The villa was built in 2004, and is in the same impeccable condition today as the day it was finished. The developer is renowned for its exceptional standards, including 24-hour security service for the entire private estate. The estate was inspired by the developer’s “Home in Garden” concept, and among the vast array of foliage and fauna you find yourself very much in touch with nature. The bird life in this part of Phuket is amazing, and the gardens attract squirrels in the mornings. The beautiful evening chorus of birdsong is completed by the cicadas that sing into the night.
The property sits on a plot of just under 1,150 SQM featuring plenty of lush tropical greenery. The property receives plenty of sunshine, but many areas are shaded by mature Royal Poinciana trees.
The swimming pool looks over a beautiful lagoon, complete with Thai sala. There is more than ample room for sunbathing and relaxing on the terrace and patio areas. The ceilings inside the fully furnished lounge are vaulted and immaculately designed. It is comfortable and promotes positive chi, while retaining a very traditional Thai feel.
Its three ensuite bedrooms are all recently decorated and tastefully finished. One of the most appealing features is the master ensuite bathroom, which is naturally illuminated by a skylight, and features an amazing sunken bath.
There is obviously air conditioning throughout the villa. A newly renovated maid’s room includes a large utility area for drying clothes, which is enclosed but allows the fresh air to flow in from the outside.
Nai Harn Beach is only a short distance away by car (or a 20-minute walk, if you are up to it). Yanui and Ao Sane beaches are a little further, but this stretch of coastline offers some of the most stunning beaches in all of Phuket. Nai Harn (and nearby Rawai) are renowned for their diverse range of dining options. In addition to the traditional Thai restaurants, you can find almost every kind of international food in this area. There are a number of excellent seafood restaurants here, especially along the Rawai seafront. Also found nearby are local markets, shops and banks.
The Nai Harn area is one of the most popular in Phuket and every year attracts tourists from around the world. As you might then expect, there are a number of tourist attractions and activities in the area. Not far from Baan Bua, on the road to Kata, you can find a range of animal shows, including elephants, snakes or monkeys. There are also ATV tours and zip-lining.
One of the nicest places on the island to watch the sun set is Phrom Thep Cape, only a short drive from Nai Harn. And on Rawai Beach tourists can rent long-tailed boats to visit neighbouring islands.
This villa makes an incredible home, but because of the area’s popularity, it is also an excellent rental property for any interested investor.
